When you buy a Cozy Paws Company product, you get a free 365-day warranty for that product. It means that if your purchase does not preserve its integrity after normal use, we will send you a new one for free after evaluation and approval.

The warranty lasts 365 days after the date of delivery.

How to submit a warranty claim?

1. Have your order number in hand to speed up the process.
2. Reach out to us via email at info@cozypawsco.com with and explain the reason of the claim. Please provide photos that support your claim.
3. Get a free replacement upon approval.

You qualify for a replacement if:

The product has been cared for and used normally and is showing signs of excessive wear, tear or damage.

You do not qualify for a replacement if:

The purchase has been visibly damaged by your pet (chew damage, biting damage, claws damage);

The purchase has been used for anything else than it was designed for;

The purchase was not taken care of properly;

The reason for the replacement is anything other than the integrity of the product under normal use.
