Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after processing using either USPS Standard Shipping, Canada Post, DHL or FedEx Home Delivery.
Most orders are delivered within 3-12 days. There are occasional delays that happen that are beyond our control. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Due to extremely high demand and supply chain issues, we will always be shipping your order from our closest warehouse to minimize the shipping time. Please note that in the event that our closest warehouse is out of stock, we will be shipping your order from our next closest warehouse. This can affect the estimated shipping times and you accept any effect this may have on your order and delivery by purchasing on our website. Wrong Or Incomplete Delivery Address
If you have entered a wrong delivery address at checkout, please contact us ASAP, so we can change it. Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.
We are not responsible for any lost package due to an incomplete or wrong address. If the package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
If you have opted for the tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive your tracking code in the next days following your order. If you have not opted for tracked shipping, unfortunately tracking is not available. Please note that tracked shipping may not be available at the time of your order and the option will not be shown if that is the case.
