At Cozy Paws Company, our priority is you and your furry friend’s satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a refund. If an item is defective, please refer to our 365-day warranty policy. 

Returns And Refunds

We accept returns on approval for 30 days after the date of delivery for all eligible orders. 

How to return your order?

  1. Have your order number in hand to speed up the process.
  2. Reach out to us via email at info@cozypawsco.com.
  3. Prepare your order to be returned (please don’t forget to mention the order number on your package).
  4. Send your order to the provided warehouse address.
  5. Get your refund (Please note that it may take 3-7 business days before it shows up on your banking statement.).

For hygienic reasons (such as preventing the spread of fleas and other nuisances), the product must be in its original sealed packaging, with all original tags attached. Product must be ready for resale, in pristine condition and unused. A photo of the item to be refunded will be requested when you request a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final sale products: Products that cannot be refunded are: discounted items, treats, and gift cards.

    Please note that our support agents are there to help you and are all human. We will always do our best to serve you. We will under no circumstance tolerate rude attitude, negativity or disrespect towards any of our support agents or our company. With any of these behaviors, you automatically accept that you will no longer be served and that no communication will be possible. In such case, no damages, warranties, returns or refunds can be claimed and you accept full responsibility.

    Exchanges

    We currently do not support exchanges for the moment. If you want an exchange, you will have to request a return and place a new order.
