At Cozy Paws, our priority is you and your furry friend’s satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. We are so confident in our products, that we also offer a 365-day warranty.

Returns and Refunds

Every order on our website is covered by a 365-day warranty policy. We accept returns on approval for 30 days after the date of delivery for all eligible orders. If you would like to return or request a refund on your order, please contact us at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it.

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Personalized items
  • Damaged items (by you or your pet)
  • Discounted items
  • Wrong, incomplete or General Delivery shipping address
  • Food and consumables
  • Gift cards

How to return your order?

  1. Have your order number in hand to speed up the process.
  2. Reach out to us via email at
  3. Prepare your order to be returned (please don’t forget to mention the order number on your package).
  4. Send your order to the our provided warehouse address.
  5. Get your refund (Please note that it may take 3-7 business days before it shows up on your banking statement.).

Please note that our support agents are there to help you and are all human. We will always do our best to serve you. We will under no circumstance tolerate rude attitude, negativity or disrespect towards any of our support agents or our company. With any of these behaviours, you automatically accept that you will no longer be served and that no communication will be possible. In such case, no damages, warranties, returns or refunds can be claimed and you accept full responsibility.


We currently do not support exchanges for the moment. If you want an exchange, you will have to request a return and place a new order.

Cozy paws 365-day warranty

When you buy a Cozy Paws product, you get a free 365-day warranty for that product. It means that if your purchase does not preserve its integrity after normal use, we will send you a new one for free after evaluation and approval. The warranty lasts 365 days after the date of delivery.

You qualify for a replacement if:

  • The product has been cared for and used normally and is showing signs of excessive wear, tear or damage.

You do not qualify for a replacement if:

  • The purchase has been visibly damaged by your pet (chew damage, biting damage, claws damage, or anything else from your pet)
  • The purchase has been used for anything else than it was designed for
  • The purchase was not taken care of properly
  • The reason for the replacement is anything other than the integrity of the product under normal use
